Student residences, commonly called “Dorms” by universities, are available depending on the season of the year for international students with independent personalities, who usually do not require a higher degree of care or supervision.
These structures are characterized by buildings or houses with multiple occupancy capacity, where students are placed in single or shared rooms, and have the opportunity to share with other students in the various common areas. In some cases, the bathrooms are shared. Many of these residences include meal plans.
Moreover, it is important to note that this option is only for over eighteen (18) years old and the cost is higher than the homestay option. However, the location, the ambiance and facilities, are more attractive to people who are looking for a full university lifestyle experience.
